Runners invited to support Demelza as official charity partner of Run Kent

Royal Parks Half Marathon 2025

Runners are being invited to sign up to support Demelza as the official charity partner for Run Kent Tonbridge Half Marathon.

The event takes place on Sunday 4 October and as well as the half marathon challenge, there are also additional 5km and 10km route options.

Participants will enjoy a fully road-closed experience, starting and finishing in the outskirts of the historic town of Tonbridge and taking in some of the glorious Kent countryside.

Whether you're a seasoned runner chasing a new personal best or a beginner looking to complete your first running event, these events are perfect for all abilities.

If you choose to sign up and support Demelza, you’ll benefit from half-price entry and receive a Demelza running vest to wear with pride, a Demelza water bottle, a unique themed medal, free race photos and chip-timed results.

Demelza’s Senior Events Manager, Anna Watson, said: “We are very excited to be the official charity partner for Run Kent this year.

“Our run challenges are really popular and always a great day out so we’re pleased to have added this one to our list.

“If you’d like to take on a charity run, this one has options to suit all runners so please consider supporting Demelza.

“Every pound raised makes a huge difference to the children and families we support in your community.”

Entry prices and fundraising requirements vary for each distance. Registration closes on 24 September.
