Something for everyone

There really is something for everyone - from our catering volunteers helping serve up family lunches, to our housekeeping volunteers preparing the bedrooms for family stays.

If you’re more of an outdoor person, the estates team rely on volunteers to keep the grounds looking lovely. Or why not support our admin team documenting stock and welcoming guests on reception?

"All the workers and volunteers in the garden have a good laugh while we get on with the work. Everyone here is very friendly, which is a big part of what’s great about it. After spending my first few months cutting back the overgrown trees and bushes and sorting out the paths, I think the gardens are really looking beautiful now and are a haven for the wildlife and for visitors. I enjoy making a difference - I like knowing that I am doing something worthwhile for the children and their families."
