Ashley Henson

Ashley joined Demelza in January 2017 and was appointed director of retail in June 2018.

He has more than 17 years of charity retail experience, previously heading up the retail operations at Harris Hospice and St Christopher’s Hospice.

Ashley has delivered and overseen growth and mergers at his past charities. He has also managed multi-million-pound properties as part of the senior sales and operations teams for national providers. His project leadership included new site openings and re-fits along with opening new health and golf clubs.

He has managed momentous change in the past and here at Demelza, under his direction, the number of retail locations has trebled and retail income has lifted by 50%.

As a father of two, family time is precious and Ashley loves the great outdoors and travel with his children.
