On the 25 and 26 June our Maidstone Shopping Outlet held their first 100 Sale to fund a hundred hours of care and raised an incredible £5,005 over the two days.

Shoppers took to social media to share their bargains; from trying on wedding dresses in our new wedding section to sharing pre-loved rugs and house items, they all enjoyed exploring the treasure trove of pre-loved items available at the Maidstone Shopping Outlet.

Gemma Cruttenden, Ecommerce and Communication Manager said: “Thank you to everyone who got involved in the sale and helped us to exceed our target of £5,000 over the two days.

“In particular a special thank you to our colleagues and volunteers who work tirelessly in the Distribution Centre to manage stock and everyone that was working hard to serve customers and make sure the day went smoothly. We are so proud that we were able to raise enough money to fund one hundred hours of a Demelza registered nurse.”

Lavinia Jarrett, Acting CEO said: “Literally fantastic! I can’t tell you the bargains on offer alongside raising the profile of the great and important work we do. Well done to everyone involved and I am looking forward to the next sale.”

Please note that we are currently looking for volunteers to help in our charity shops including our Maidstone Shopping Outlet, if you would like to get involved please apply via our website.
