Working together
to make a difference

At Demelza we are committed to providing the best care and support for children with terminal conditions and their families.

Without the commitment and professionalism of our staff, we would not be able to provide the full range of much needed services. We currently employ more than 300 full and part time staff in a variety of professional disciplines.

Whatever role you take on, whatever your skills or specialism, this is your chance to make a difference to the lives of children and families at Demelza.

To find out more about what it's like to be part of our team, please read an interview with our Care Services Lead on the Why I Chose Demelza page.
