If you are interested in any vacancies, you can apply with the knowledge that we blind shortlist all applications during the selection process. That means we don’t see anyone’s identifying information, including race, age or gender, when making decisions about who meets the criteria for going to the next stage of recruitment.

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a positive difference on the lives of children, young people and families, we would love to hear from you. Demelza recruits for roles across the organisation in care, retail, lottery and general support departments.
