How to Play

Under the Gambling Act 2005 we have a legal duty to verify that members and potential members are 16 years or over.

Should a prize winner be found to be under the age of 16 we will refund their money and withhold the prize.

Members wishing to self-exclude can do so by contacting the lottery office, but will not be able to rejoin the Lottery for a period of six months from the date of self-exclusion.

Prizes

The Lotto will provide 53 weekly guaranteed cash prize winners. Prizes range from £5 to £1,000.

The weekly Superdraw

The Superdraw has no guaranteed weekly prize money as it is a rollover draw. The prize money offered each week is currently 40% of all paying members’ weekly income in the draw. The remaining 60% of the weekly income goes back to Demelza Hospice Care for Children. If no winner is selected in any week the prize fund will rollover up to a maximum of £25,000 when a winner will be guaranteed.

New Lotto members will be sent a unique Lotto number. Superdraw members can either choose their own four numbers between 1 and 39, or like the Lotto, can have them selected by our random generator.

All membership for each draw will be priced at £1. To play our Superdraw, you must be a Lotto member.

Both draws will be made weekly (every Friday) at Demelza Kent, Sittingbourne and winners will be notified through the post. No claiming is required.

Results will be published on our website weekly.

All winnings will be made payable by cheque in the name of the entrant only. If winner cheques are not cashed within six months of date issued then the money will be treated as a donation to Demelza.

Entry to both draws can be made by debit or credit card. Both draws need to be the same method of payment.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that payment is made in advance of each draw date.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide Demelza Hospice Care for Children Lottery with their accurate and up to date contact details and the Demelza Hospice Care for Children Lottery will in no way be liable for any failure to contact any entrant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details that the entrant has provided.
