We cannot guarantee that we can change your wave time but please email communityfundraising@demelza.org.uk and we will see if this is possible.

It is likely that you will be able to stay past your time slot however if areas become too crowded or our car park becomes full we would kindly ask for you to leave.

The route we have chosen for the Easter Egg Hunt is flat and there are no steps however it is all on grass and through woodlands. Should we have bad weather in the run up to the event the ground will be muddy. If you would like to explore the remainder of the garden some paths may be uneven, in particular, the rock garden.

Yes, parking will be available on the fields as you enter Doddington Place Gardens.

Please be mindful that this is a family event with lots of children, if your dog is not comfortable with large amounts of people or has a tendency to bark, we would ask that they do not attend. The Garden’s rules are that any dogs that do attend remain on a lead.

Doddington Place Gardens will open their tea room and will be serving hot drinks and cakes. If you would like to bring your own food this is possible, the Gardens however ask that picnics are had in the park area and not the gardens.

They will receive an Easter Egg and Craft Activity.

The prize will be an Easter Egg or dairy-free alternative.

Any child that will not be taking part, does not need a ticket, however, they will not receive a wristband or prize.
