Demelza Canterbury Carol Concert Terms and Conditions
a. These booking terms and conditions apply to everyone who buys tickets for the Canterbury Carol Concert 2018.
b. These terms and conditions contain important information regarding participation, and upon entry you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
c. All participants attending the Carol Concert do so at their own risk. In no event shall Demelza Hospice Care for Children be liable for any injuries, loss or damages whatsoever, including indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential losses connected with any aspect of this event.
d. Photographs will be taken throughout the event which will be used on promotional materials. It is the attendees’ responsibility to let staff know on entry if you do not want to appear in any such materials.
2. Booking process, prices and payment
a. The entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
b. All ages of participants are welcome to attend. Under 2's are welcome to attend without a ticket but will need to sit on the knee of an accompanying, paying adult - they will not have a seat allocated to them. If you require a seat for an under 2 please book a ticket in the relevant ticket section.
Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Tier 1 (Yellow) and Tier 2 (Blue) ticket areas will be allocated, reserved seating. Tier 3 (Red) tickets are in an unreserved seating area and you will be directed on arrival by a cathedral steward.
c. If you or a member of your group is in a wheelchair or is accompanied by a guide dog you must inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org when booking your tickets to ensure we allocate the correct seat for you. If you do not inform us we cannot guarantee you will be able to sit in the seat you have purchased. You will be allocated a seat in the unreserved section and no refund will be made for the ticket price difference.
a. On no account is alcohol to be brought into the event site or consumed during the event. Demelza Hospice Care for Children reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol.
4. Changes to the event
Demelza Hospice Care for Children reserves the right to alter the start time of the event at any time.
Demelza Hospice Care for Children reserves the right to cancel this event at any time. In the event of this happening, tickets will be refunded in full.
6. Data protection
The information you provide at registration will be shared only with that organisation, it will not be shared with any other organisation.
