Come and join me in the fitness fun this January and join the Team Demelza Dry Tri Challenge. A Dry Tri is a Triathlon without the swimming! You can choose to substitute the swimming leg with another activity of your choice. By taking on our Dry Tri challenge you could help us raise vital funds.
Setting up for your Dry Tri is simple, all you need to do is pick your distance or time and then choose your equipment or activity. You can do your Dry Tri in the gym, at home or at the local park, which ever suits you best!
