Meet Hayley Richardson
Hayley started her career in fundraising in 2009 as a Community Fundraiser at Demelza and returned in 2018, to take up the post of Head of Community and Events, moving to the position of Director of Fundraising and Marketing in 2021. In March 2024, Hayley was appointed Deputy CEO, whilst still holding responsibility for fundraising, marketing, communications, and lottery.
Prior to Hayley’s return, she worked with a number of national charities including, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in Corporate Fundraising and Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity managing the Community, Events, and Mass Participation teams.
Hayley lives in West Kent with her husband and young children and enjoys staying fit through various charity challenges.
