Eva Jolly

Eva is an experienced operational and strategic director with 30 years' experience of managing and leading within the voluntary and public sectors.

She has specialised in developing and leading a range of multi-agency projects within the social care sector in partnership with health, education and social care.

Eva is currently a regional director for National Deaf Children's Society and prior to this Eva was an assistant director for The Children's Society where she developed and managed children's disability projects across the South East and was the organisation's strategic lead for disability.

Before this Eva was a manager for a range of organisations including Catch 22, Probation Service, Kent Council on Addiction and Kent Behaviour, Education and Support Team.

Eva is qualified as a social worker, counsellor and coach. She has extensive experience in managing people and volunteers, budget management, safeguarding, business development, strategy and quality assurance.

Eva is passionate about the voice of the child and young person and has championed young person participation in all of her roles. Eva lives in Kent with her family and is a member of the Care Committee.
