Summer Memory Days
Taking place in July, these events will provide a space for you to reflect and remember and allow opportunities to meet other families. Staff and volunteers will be on hand to support various activities including creating in-memory crafts and lighting candles.
Family Fest events
Join us for our annual Family Fest in South East London (Sunday 7 July), Kent (Sunday 28 July) and East Sussex (Sunday 14 July). Each will be a day for families to come together, have fun, make memories and meet other families in their region. There will be live music, refreshments and lots of activities for everyone! These events are open to all families who access our services.
Sibling activities
Led by family liaison practitioners, these days are an opportunity for Demelza siblings to make connections with other siblings whilst taking part in activities and having fun during the summer holidays! There will be games, refreshments and, fingers crossed, some sun.
Family choir day
Do you enjoy singing or listening to music? Join us for our Summer Choir Day which will take place at Demelza Kent on Friday 9 August. The day will include a fun warm-up followed by learning and singing a couple of well-known upbeat songs. This event is open to all families that access Demelza services.
In-person cafés
New to 2024, we are pleased to introduce our new in-person cafés taking place across the region. The cafés are aimed to bring families together, to connect, share and find comfort.
