Students create Alice theme for Battle shop

Creative students are transforming the new Demelza shop in Battle with a Valentine's day theme.

Year 13 Btec students from Heathfield Community College are creating an Alice in Wonderland Valentine theme window display for the shop in the High Street.

Sam Joseph, photography and art teacher at the college said: 'This is a wonderful opportunity for our Sixth Form BTec Art and Design students to develop their skills on a professional commission.

'The college would like to thank Demelza for inviting our students to work with them and it hopes that the excitement surrounding this project further raises the profile of this wonderful and important charity.'
