About Richard

Richard has lived in Kent all his working life; until recently he was a Management Consultant working all over the world with global companies advising them on strategy, transformation, leadership development and change. He continues to provide coaching to senior leaders of large organisations.

He is an Associate Non-Executive Director at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and a member of the Governance & Finance and Nominations Committees of the Lords Taverners, a cricket charity providing sporting opportunities to disabled and disadvantaged young people. Richard was Chair of Kent Music for 9 years and is Chair of the Detling Community Interest Company.
